The Murfreesboro Police Department said a serious-injury crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian blocked Middle Tennessee Boulevard between Southeast Broad Street and Bradyville Pike. The release did not specify when the crash occurred.
Murfreesboro police said EMS took the pedestrian to the hospital. The department did not provide additional information about the people involved or the pedestrian’s condition.
The department said its Fatal Accident Crash Team (FACT) is investigating because of the extent of the crash. Police said the road was blocked and drivers should expect traffic delays for the next few hours.
